I ordered from alienth.cn, and the shipping was just kind of average. It wasn’t painfully slow or anything, but it definitely didn’t feel quick either.

The tracking updates were a little delayed, so for a few days I wasn’t really sure where my package was. It did show up eventually though, and everything arrived in good condition.

For the price, I guess it was fine. I just expected it to get here a bit sooner, so I’d give it 3 stars. Not bad, just not great.

The site is okay overall and it does what it’s supposed to most of the time, but I found myself getting a little lost trying to navigate it. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, which is always annoying, especially when you’re just trying to get something done quickly. I kept having to click around more than I wanted to, and it reminded me of trying to find something in a messy kitchen drawer where you know it’s in there somewhere but not where. Not a terrible experience, just feels like it could be smoother and easier to use.

I ordered this hoping it was the real deal, but something about it felt a little off. The packaging seemed cheaper than I expected, and the product itself didn’t quite match what I’m used to. It’s not terrible or anything, but I’m not fully confident it’s authentic...

Once I paid, it felt like the helpfulness just vanished. Support barely got back to me, and my issue sat there unresolved for weeks. When they did reply, it was mostly vague, polished-sounding stuff that didn’t actually fix anything. I’m tired of companies talking like they care while doing nothing useful.

So, I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s taking way too long. I expected it to be a lot quicker.

So... I expected a lot more for what I paid. The product felt kind of cheap in person and just didn’t seem like it matched the price at all. Maybe other people will be fine with it, but for me it didn’t feel worth the money. I don’t think I’d order from this site again.

It looks decent so far, but I’m not totally sure yet. I guess I need a little more time with it before I can really say...

I stopped in looking for a few specific things, and the stock was kind of hit or miss. Some items were there, but a few were out, which was a little frustrating. Not the end of the world though, I ended up grabbing a couple other things I probably didn’t need, which always happens when I’m shopping anyway. Overall, it was fine, just wish the shelves had been a bit better stocked

I thought the warranty would actually mean something, but that wasn’t my experience at all. I submitted a claim and then basically got ignored for weeks. No real updates, no solution, and no fix. It left me feeling misled and frustrated.

I don’t think the item is completely different from what I ordered, but the seller’s photos made it look way nicer than it does in person. The color was a little off and some of the details didn’t match what I expected. I feel like they could’ve shown more realistic pictures, because it was disappointing when it arrived

I got to the payment page and immediately felt like something was off. Maybe I was overthinking it, but I panicked a bit and backed out right away. No way was I putting my card info in there...

Checkout went through fine, but the payment page was slow to load and the confirmation took a little longer than I expected.

I got my exchange sorted in the end, though it did take a while. I was a bit unsure at first and would’ve appreciated a little more reassurance along the way, but everything worked out okay.

It works fine and there wasn’t any damage or anything like that, but the material feels a little cheaper than I was hoping. It’s not super sturdy, but it gets the job done. I’d say it’s okay if you just need something basic around the house, but I probably wouldn’t choose it for anything that needs to be really high quality.
